Learn Filipino Style Boxing

Camp Jansson’s Boxing program works hand and hand with the Muay Thai program.  Camp Jansson focuses on the bare essentials and reinforces good habits, proper technique, and practical effectiveness in its practice.

At Camp Jansson we focus on fundamentals.  The program focuses on teaching the basic techniques of Boxing, allowing the student to thoroughly understand the movements and reinforces those habits through daily execution.

Move like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee

We begin the Boxing training with a regimen of Conditioning exercises to bring you body where it needs to be.  Conditioning is a crucial part of learned Boxing and through decades of experience and research with focus on the results.

These are just some of the exercises you will find in our Conditioning regimen

  • Jog/Run
  • Tire Flip
  • Bear Crawls
  • Jump Rope
  • Tire Jump

Technical Work

After our Conditioning regimen we move on to the Technical work.  During this time you work under the close super vision of your trainers to offer instant critiques and advice.

Technical Work consists of;

  • Shadow Boxing
  • Bag Work
  • Pad Work

Boxing Flow Drills

We then move on to Boxing flow drills.  During this portion of the program you work on refining your technique in live drills.  These drills are executed at a relaxed and comfortable pace and it teaches you to “flow” with the movements of a partner or trainer.

All Training sessions end with a minimum 20 minutes of structured stretching.
