Headed by Coach Jansson himself; Camp Jansson’s Muay Thai program focuses on the bare essentials and reinforces your good habits, proper technique, and practical effectiveness.

Your Muay Thai & Boxing training starts with a schedule of Conditioning exercises to bring you body where it needs to be. You will notice right away the difference on how you feel: Stronger, Feel better, and look better.

Technical Work

After our Conditioning regimen we move on to the Technical work. During this time you work under the close super vision of your trainers to offer you help & advice.

“To get the best results you have to put the time in.” Thai Sparring is a light and controlled spar that focuses completely on technique, focus and control, and it is something that is practiced daily at Camp Jansson. The Thai Spar teaches you the intricacies of the art at a relaxed and comfortable pace. Speed and power and not utilized during Thai sparring. After your Thai sparring we move into Clinching.
