Ingredients are always fresh; and purchased from local markets. You get the satisfaction of a great tasting meal and the comfort of knowing you are eating fresh; all natural foods. All of your meals are cooked to order and served hot for your enjoyment. If you have a special dietary request we will do our best accomodate you.

Breakfast

  • Hot Oatmeal with Bananas, Mangoes and Assorted Nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds, etc)
  • Fresh Fruit Salad, Steamed Vegetables, and Dry Oatmeal
  • Egg White Omelet with Onions, tomatoes, garlic and avocado, Tomato Salsa, Fresh Fruit
  • Hard Boiled Eggs, whole grain toast, assorted nuts and fresh fruit
  • Breakfast Salad with lettuce, spinach, mango puree, avocado, boiled egg, and assorted nuts

Lunch

  • Hmoung bean soup with brown or red rice
  • Papaya Salad, Baked chicken, fresh fruit, brown or red rice
  • Vegetable sisig with brown or red rice
  • Assorted steamed vegetables, Brown or red rice, and Tomato soup
  • Red bean vegetarian burrito, fresh tomato salsa, avocado

Dinner

  • Steamed vegetables and steamed tuna, brown or red rice
  • Vegetable stir fry, Brown or red rice, baked chicken
  • Shrimp Cinigang, Brown or red rice
  • Baked lemon pepper tuna, fresh salad, brown or red rice
  • Spicy curry with potatoes and carrots, brown or red rice

Whats a Buko?

Buko; or coconut is vastly abundant in the Philippines and has a vast amount of all natural uses and applications. The most common use is as a drink; you can enjoy a fresh Buko to help you hydrate quickly before or after a great training session. The meat of a Buko can also be eaten as a delicious and healthy snack.
